Regulation & Resilience Basic Class
This class is the foundation on which the others are built. In this class you will learn how your own neurological system works. You will learn techniques and strategies that work for you personally to achieve a state of calm and balance.
The class is slow in nature. The emphasis is on helping your body adjust to feel more relaxed. The exercises are designed to help you feel both calm in the moment and carry over to “reset” your body to a more relaxed state.
You will learn simple exercises and techniques that can be used to manage physical and emotional stress, regulate breathing patterns, improve quality of sleep, feel more calm and relaxed, and strengthen your immunity.
